About the role
Location: Remote. Experience required: 8‑12 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and operational activities tied to application implementation and development.
- Drive Agile practices including user story development, backlog management, requirements gathering, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Prioritize multiple projects and manage competing business objectives.
- Present project updates, business strategies, and operational insights to large stakeholder groups.
- Support application modernization, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Define and improve business processes, workflows, and delivery frameworks.
- Work closely with leadership teams to align business goals with technology solutions.
Skills
- Strong Agile experience including user story creation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, and portfolio management.
- Experience leading business and operational initiatives related to application development and implementation.
- Healthcare operations expertise, including payment integrity, claims processing, and provider operations (preferred).
- Product Management and/or Agile Scrum experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
