Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassing representatives
- Train team members on prospecting, communication, and appointment-setting techniques
- Conduct daily team meetings and field trainings
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and accountability
- Develop a positive, competitive, and growth-focused culture
- Maintain individual and team performance metrics
- Help team members improve confidence, consistency, and results
- Lead by example through active door-to-door prospecting
- Work alongside team members in the field
- Conduct ride-alongs and field observations
- Aid team members in overcoming objections and improving conversations
- Generate appointments and sales opportunities throughout assigned territories
- Ensure territory coverage and daily activity goals are achieved
- Track key performance indicators and team production
- Develop strategies to improve appointment generation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales leadership on territory planning and expansion
- Support overall company growth initiatives
- Build future leaders within the organization
Qualifications
- Must currently reside in or within commuting distance of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, or Houston, TX
- Previous management, leadership, or team-building experience required
- Proven ability to motivate and develop people
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment
- Ability to lead by example through personal production
- Self-motivated, competitive, and highly accountable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation required
