Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassing representatives
  • Train team members on prospecting, communication, and appointment-setting techniques
  • Conduct daily team meetings and field trainings
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and accountability
  • Develop a positive, competitive, and growth-focused culture
  • Maintain individual and team performance metrics
  • Help team members improve confidence, consistency, and results
  • Lead by example through active door-to-door prospecting
  • Work alongside team members in the field
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field observations
  • Aid team members in overcoming objections and improving conversations
  • Generate appointments and sales opportunities throughout assigned territories
  • Ensure territory coverage and daily activity goals are achieved
  • Track key performance indicators and team production
  • Develop strategies to improve appointment generation and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on territory planning and expansion
  • Support overall company growth initiatives
  • Build future leaders within the organization

Qualifications

  • Must currently reside in or within commuting distance of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, or Houston, TX
  • Previous management, leadership, or team-building experience required
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop people
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment
  • Ability to lead by example through personal production
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and highly accountable
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable transportation required
