Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing and other field marketing activities.
  • Introduce Stronghouse products and services in a professional, positive, and confident manner.
  • Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Clearly communicate product benefits, features and available services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales activity goals.
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence when representing the company.
  • Handle rejection with resilience and continue working towards performance goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to improve skills and results.

Qualifications

  • A high energy, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
  • A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation required.
  • Prior canvassing, sales, customer service, or field marketing experience preferred but not required.
  • A willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
