About the role

WE BUILD DURING WINTER! WE HIRE VETERANS** MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D (door-to-door) SALES. SELF-GENERATED LEADS ARE EXPECTED. ROOFING SALES IS A YEAR-ROUND JOB!

Job type: Full-time

Pay: $100 per Verified Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door sales to generate self-sourced leads
• Work with the Sales Team to confirm leads
• Coordinate with Project Managers for roof inspections
• Juggle multiple tasks and maintain strong communication

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
• Reliable transportation (no company vehicle provided)
• Cell phone
• Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work outside in door-to-door sales
• Comfortable with a background check (including criminal history review)
