Canvasser - Canton, OH (Cleveland)

About the role

Window Nation is a trusted leader in home improvement with nearly 20 years of experience providing quality window and door replacements. We are hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to support lead generation and local outreach in Canton, OH and surrounding communities (Painesville, Madison, Chardon and nearby towns). No prior sales experience is required; we provide paid training and coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involves working outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).
• Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
• Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.
• Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field canvassing, door-to-door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people

Pay

Start at $16.75 per hour plus uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses based on performance, with an additional 1% commission on all sales you help generate.

Schedule

Standard work schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; schedule may change periodically based on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.
