Canvass Supervisor- 100k+

About the role

We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate the Team:
  • Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance.
  • Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field.
• Recruit & Build the Team:
  • Assist with recruiting new canvassers.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews.
  • Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success.
• Operations & Field Support:
  • Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
  • Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods.

Requirements

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Available Monday – Saturdays.
• The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record is essential for this role.
