About the role
We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Motivate the Team:
- Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance.
- Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field.
- Recruit & Build the Team:
- Assist with recruiting new canvassers.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews.
- Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success.
- Operations & Field Support:
- Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
- Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
- Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role.
- Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Available Monday – Saturdays.
- The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record is essential for this role.
