Canvass Marketing Manager

As a Canvass and Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in hiring new marketing associates, training, and coaching in each territory to optimize lead generation for our sales staff at the most cost-effective means possible. The Marketing Manager ensures department lead generation and sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work the Open House Program
• Manage and work trade shows and events
• Hire and recruit promotional staff members
• Assist with event tear down and setup

Requirements

• BA in Marketing or related field
• Sales acumen
• Organizational skills and outgoing personality
• Professional acumen
• Background in customer-facing positions; past experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

$80,000-$120,000 total compensation, including base and estimated commission earnings

Schedule

• 40 hours a week guaranteed
• Weekends required
• Hybrid workplace

Location: Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids areas
