Cantora Records – Digital Marketing Internship (Fall 2026)
Commitment: 10–15 hours/week

Cantora Records is an independent record label and part of the Rostrum Pacific family (Mac Miller, Wiz Khalifa, MGMT, Francis and the Lights, Fat Beats Records, Spaceheater Distribution) dedicated to discovering, developing, and amplifying unique voices in music. We work closely with emerging artists to craft cutting-edge campaigns, release strategies, and creative assets that resonate with fans worldwide.
About the role
As a digital marketing ambassador for Cantora, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of music, spanning marketing, design, and operations. This internship provides a holistic view of how a modern label operates, offering direct involvement in campaigns and projects that connect artists with audiences.
Responsibilities
Marketing/Digital
- Develop the skills to assist in creating and maintaining social media content calendars
- Learn to draft, schedule, and post across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Engage with fans and online communities to grow audiences
- Research digital trends, viral moments, and emerging platforms
- Support campaign ideation for artist development and fan engagement
Creative/Graphic Design
- Design visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and merchandise, including short form content pieces for artist fan and theme accounts
- Film short form promo videos and artist content cutdowns
- Create and maintain artist one sheets
Operations
- Provide administrative support for label team (data entry, scheduling, research)
- Help maintain internal systems and project trackers
- Learn planning and logistics around releases, events, and production timelines
- Contribute to cross-team communication and coordination
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship
- Strong interest in music or film marketing, creative design, and label operations
- Strong familiarity, passion, and enjoyment with social media platforms and digital culture
- Basic design/editing skills (Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Flexible commitment of 10–15 hours per week.
