Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery and equipment to stretch and cut material
- Inspect products for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Promote and practice workplace safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate various machines
- Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: 1st Shift $20.00/hour starting, $21.56/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days); 3rd Shift $22.00/hour starting, $23.56/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)
