What You’ll Do
- Safely unloading and loading grain trucks
- Delivering friendly, dependable customer service
- Performing routine maintenance and facility upkeep
- Climbing bins and legs for grain measurement and minor repairs
- Occasionally traveling to assist other locations or operate grain vacs at customer farms
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, professional facility
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong time management and reliability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to teamwork and company values
- Ability to climb bins and legs as required
- Commitment to safety, facility cleanliness, and company values
- Prior grain, agriculture, equipment, maintenance, or scale experience is helpful but not required
Additional Information
- Schedule and Reporting: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Additional hours and weekends during peak seasons
