About the role
The Cannabis Product Associate (Part-Time) position at Ethoscannabis is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information
- Ensure all products are displayed and priced correctly
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
