About the role
The Cannabis Product Associate (Part-Time) position at Ethoscannabis is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely product information is provided to customers.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding cannabis products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding cannabis products.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
