Cannabis Inventory
- Track and reconcile cannabis inventory in METRC
- Auxiliary tasks include packaging, labeling, and shipping
- Prepare audit documentation and support inspections
Non-Cannabis Inventory
- Manage supplies such as packaging and cultivation materials
- Forecast inventory needs and reorder stock
- Maintain organized and efficient storage systems
Qualifications
- 1+ year of inventory experience required (cannabis, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Familiarity with METRC and CCC regulations preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
- Must be 21+ and able to pass state background checks
Working Conditions
- Physically demanding role (lifting up to 50 lbs, extended periods of standing)
- Work performed in cultivation and production environments
- May require extended hours during audits
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with inventory software
- Logistics coordination experience
- Warehouse and/or forklift experience
