Cannabis Grower (Entry-Level) – Paid training provided!
Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)
Schedule: Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities
- Support plant growth from vegetative stage through harvest by pruning and feeding.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized environment for optimal plant growth.
- Participate in the full harvest and post-harvest process.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Hardworking, eager-to-learn individuals (no prior cannabis industry experience required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
