About the role
The Cannabis Cultivation Lead is responsible for overseeing the cultivation process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high-quality cannabis products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire cultivation process from seed to harvest
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cannabis cultivation or related field
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing cannabis cultivation
- Experience with greenhouse management and crop monitoring
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
