Key Skills/Responsibilities

  • Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
  • Handle check-ins, reservations, and answer late-night questions.
  • Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy.
  • Guardian of the Glow-Up: Conduct regular security checks to maintain safety.
  • The Nightly Newsroom: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
  • Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing skills to solve issues.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework beneficial.
  • 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
