Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently
• Work alongside the paving crew on residential and commercial projects
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Ensure proper paving depth, alignment, and quality finishes
• Follow all company safety procedures and site regulations
• Assist with general labour duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience operating asphalt pavers
• Valid driver’s license (DZ license considered an asset)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work long hours during peak construction season
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of paving operations and safety practices
