Responsibilities

• Support Overnight Stocking Operations: Assist in providing direction and coordinating overnight stocking activities based on priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and daytime management team.
• Merchandising and Store Presentation: Assess overall merchandise presentation and store appearance, identify deficiencies, and execute merchandising and display changes to maintain store standards.
• Inventory and Claims Support: Ensure defective or damaged merchandise is properly identified and transferred to the claims room in accordance with procedures.
• Store Safety and Security Oversight: Assume responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, manage accidents, and ensure incidents are handled according to company guidelines.
• Facility and Security Inspections: Inspect assigned areas of the store to ensure physical facilities are secure and compliant with safety and security standards.
• Associate Training and Development: Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to support productivity, performance, and achievement of stocking and operational goals.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Potential Challenges

• Manage high task volume in a fast‑paced environment, staying energized and focused throughout overnight hours.
• Complete large volumes of restocking and recovery accurately and on time.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb), and repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks.

Pay

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $21.85.
