The Campus Supervisor, Elementary position at Wagon Wheel Elementary School within the Capistrano Unified School District is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including classroom management, student discipline, and staff supervision.
- Ensure compliance with district policies and state educational standards.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and community members.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates must have a valid California teaching credential or equivalent certification, at least three years of teaching experience, and a strong commitment to education and student success. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred.
