Campus Staff Minister - AZ / CO / NM / UT / WY (Graduate & Faculty Ministry)

About the role

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks Campus Staff Ministers (CSMs) to plant and build witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses. Our goal is to transform campuses by seeing students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed.

Essential Commitments/Responsibilities

• Spiritual Growth: Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ, reflecting a growing love for God, His Word, and His purposes in the world.
• Campus Leadership: Communicate and model InterVarsity's vision, lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences, and develop leadership teams.
• Organizational Collaboration: Work with a network of InterVarsity staff and volunteers, partner with and respond positively to supervisors, and affiliate chapters under your care.
• Ministry Partnership Development: Develop a team of partners who will resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or through volunteer service, and identify and invest in advocates.

Qualifications

• Annual affirmation of InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; Associate’s degree required for those assigned to a two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45,324.00 - $60,420.00 per year. Compensation varies based on fundraising success and is subject to geographic adjustments. Benefits include a 403(b) retirement savings plan, health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
