Campus Production Director - New Campus

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence
• Recruit, train, and maintain serve staff team
• Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff
• Program lighting and media content for weekend services
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience
• Cook up and coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
• Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues that may occur
• Maintain production team equipment and software
• Attend and contribute to central, campus, and one-on-one meetings
• Disciple and lead the student serve staff team, encouraging growth both spiritually and in their serve staff roles

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video, and lighting
