About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of complex data models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet client expectations.
• Lead team meetings and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide career development guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all data privacy regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in data science or related field.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of data scientists.
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and database management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in data science or machine learning preferred.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data processing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
