The mission of Seacoast Church is to help others find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. We operate 15 campuses across South and North Carolina, including an online campus.

About the role

This position reports to the Upstate Regional Campus Pastor and is responsible for overseeing the Seacoast Experience at the Asheville Campus. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating the Seacoast Experience
• Growing attendance strategically
• Maintaining the Seacoast vision during services
• Ensuring hospitality and facility readiness
• Connecting with Seacoasters before and after services
• Equipping ministry leaders in various areas
• Managing pastoral duties such as counseling, conducting weddings and funerals, and managing finances

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should:

• Be a Christ follower and hold good standing as a licensed or ordained Pastor
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Pastor or other Church Leadership role
• Care deeply about people's spiritual growth and have a self-starter work ethic
• Lead from the second chair, prioritize spiritual health, and engage in community service
• Communicate effectively and develop leaders
