Campus Ministry Field Staff
About the role
The Campus Ministry Field Staff plays a crucial role in building a gospel movement that transforms lives at high schools and middle schools across a whole region. Key responsibilities include:
- Evangelist: Share Christ personally and instill this value within the team.
- Recruiter: Connect with and engage individuals from various backgrounds to join the mission.
- Leadership Coach: Equip and inspire students, volunteers, and team leaders to develop their talents.
- Networker: Build relationships and partnerships with local churches and community leaders.
- Shepherd: Guide and instruct team members with grace and truth.
- Team Manager: Oversee part-time employees and volunteers, ensuring they receive necessary training and adhere to ministry standards.
Responsibilities
Campus Ministry Staff spend most of their week in the field. During the ministry year (September – May), they are in the field 50-75% of the time, either at their chapter site or visiting high schools they are coaching, or connecting with pastors and other community leaders.
Requirements
- Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
- Travel: Comfortable traveling frequently by airplane, including consistent travel locally and some national travel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

As a Campus Ministry Field Staff, you will be personally contacting churches, friends, and family to gather a team of partners to monthly invest in the ministry. We provide extensive training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $40,000 - $75,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
