Campus Minister - Raleigh

About the role

The role of Campus Minister in Raleigh is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and community among college students. This individual will lead worship services, facilitate small group discussions, and organize campus events.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly worship services and provide spiritual guidance to students.
• Facilitate small group discussions and mentorship programs.
• Organize and lead campus events that promote Christian values and community building.
• Maintain open communication with the campus administration and student body leaders.

Requirements

• A strong Christian faith and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
• Experience in leading worship and facilitating small groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant ministry experience.
• Pass a criminal background check.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Effective public speaking and teaching abilities.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.

Pay
