About the role
Show up on campus at least once a week — tabling, attending events, or being visible as the go-to Bloom representative. Create and publish authentic short-form content on social media to drive impressions and app sign-ups. Identify and collaborate with campus clubs — finance, business, entrepreneurship — to co-host events and activations. Spearhead organic growth through grassroots tactics, word-of-mouth campaigns, and creative guerrilla marketing. Establish yourself as a representative of Bloom and refer new members from your campus.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current undergraduate student with an active presence and strong network on campus.
- Self-starter who is comfortable initiating conversations and representing a brand in public.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you identify opportunities and act on them independently.
- Genuine interest in investing, personal finance, or the fintech space.
