Campus Director – Youngstown Branch Campus

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily campus operations and supervision of campus faculty and staff.
• Support student retention, advising, academic hearings, graduations, orientations, and open houses.
• Ensure compliance with ACCSC, DOE, FAA, and applicable regulations.
• Manage budgets, equipment purchases, payroll approvals, and faculty scheduling.
• Serve as onsite Title IX Coordinator and support accommodations processes.
• Foster partnerships with industry and community organizations.
• Promote educational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of Education, Management/Administration, Aviation, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience, with preference for leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, communication (written and verbal), and organizational ability.
• Knowledge of educational regulations, accreditation, and compliance requirements preferred.
• Experience in higher education, technical training, or career school environment preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• Highly Proficient in computer file management, database, and email systems.
• Experience with CNS or other CRM software preferred.
• Aviation industry knowledge and experience preferred.
• Familiarization with relevant educational and technical governing agencies and their applicable regulations.
• Adept at networking and public speaking.
