About the Role
Drive non-athletic and athletic enrollment efforts to achieve year-over-year increases in campus and residential life enrollments and retention. Serve as a liaison between the community and the College, developing business and community partnerships while building public relations. Promote the Bryant & Stratton College brand through active participation in community events, professional organizations, and relevant programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and organization for campus operations to meet vision standard goals, including student career and learning outcomes, associate development, relationship management, revenue, and profit.
- Ensure a safe, productive learning and residential life environment at the Albany campus.
- Develop and execute effective budgetary, forecasting, and operational processes.
- Create and communicate an Institutional Effectiveness Plan every two years with annual updates.
- Adhere to all institutional, federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
- Complete all Campus Director learning expectations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual performance management reviews for all direct and indirect reports.
- Collaborate in recruiting, hiring, developing, and evaluating campus staff with an emphasis on associate development.
- Review and provide feedback on systems reports, including retention analyses, enrollment management plans, housing capacity, strategic business development plans, faculty development, and more.
- Attend regularly scheduled functional conference calls and ensure reporting teams are prepared.
- Lead in creating, maintaining, or enhancing a student-centric, enrollment-friendly campus culture.
- Communicate with campus and systems Human Resources regarding personnel issues and corrective action.
- Solicit and communicate feedback regularly with the management team and all associates regarding goals, policies, and procedures.
- Operate with integrity and expect the same from all associates.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred in higher education leadership, business, finance, or related field.
- Prior management and leadership experience required.
- Track record of success in managing college admissions, academics, and/or business development preferred.
- Experience and proficiency with incorporating technology.
- Nursing program experience is a plus.

Pay
$130,000 - $150,000 per year.
