Campus Coordinator-Bonus Eligible
This position is bonus eligible and located at the Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA.
About the Role
The Campus Coordinator provides direction, problem-solving, and support to group supervisors, shift supervisors, direct care staff, nurses, and other staff working school-hours shifts on campus. This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with agency policies, including training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, and appraising performance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Principal and clinical and vocational departments to ensure life skills and leisure activities align with the agency’s treatment philosophy and protocols.
- Ensure all necessary reports, reviews, and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
- Respond to crises on campus and provide support to staff and clients to manage situations safely.
- Communicate pertinent information to the principal or administrator on call.
- Develop a daily crisis schedule and ensure staff awareness of crisis procedures for each shift by reviewing expectations with shift supervisors.
- Maintain standards of a therapeutic academic environment and safety management.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to school and residential staff as needed.
- Supervise staff and maintain staffing levels for all shifts within the school and residences to ensure youth safety; serve as a consultant for behavioral interventions.
- Monitor school facilities and residences for safety and staff compliance with special treatment procedures.
- Meet with youth individually and in groups to assess and plan behaviors as needed.
- Participate in all in-service trainings and mandatory meetings.
- Collaborate with other managers to plan, lead, and execute ongoing in-service and on-the-job training programs for staff.
- Conduct regular observations of staff during shifts and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate behavior interventions and staff effectiveness; help design and implement solutions using a team approach.
- Adhere to licensing standards and maintain policy, professional growth, and service quality within assigned groups.
- Assist in periodic evaluations of school/program policies and procedures.
- May require a valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and personal vehicle for use during work hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software applications.
Schedule
Schedules available are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday.

Pay
The pay range reflects the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Candidates with less directly related experience may be placed toward the lower end of the range, while those with extensive or specialized experience may be placed toward the higher end. Market conditions and budget considerations may also influence final pay decisions.
