About the role
The role will extend from 7:30am - 3:00pm from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations, including staff changes, Member attendance, and transport adjustments.
- Act as the on-site lead for problem-solving, incidents, and crisis response - escalating where required.
- Ensure the campus is safe, organised, and operationally ready at all times.
- Allocate daily mentor duties and coordinate appointments and activities.
- Approve timesheets and oversee daily sign-in processes.
- Communicate key updates to families when required.
- Support program delivery and actively engage with Members.
Requirements
- Experience in disability support, education, or community services preferred.
- Strong operational and problem-solving experience in a very fast-paced environment is a must!
- Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure situations.
Skills
- Be cool as a cucumber!
- Confidence with the G Suite.
- Confidence using Canva.
- High level of knowledge using Tanda specifically is highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively in loud environments with heaps of fun stuff happening around you!
- Know how to engage young people with intellectual disabilities to foster their learning, and be a fun mentor they can always rely on and have fun with.
Essential Certificates and Licenses
- NDIS Worker Screening & Blue Card
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Fire Warden training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Cert IIl in Individual Support
