We are looking for a Campus Coordinator who brings strong capability in Early Careers & Campus recruitment and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
As a Coordinator for Early Careers and Campus, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of a client Campus Coordination Team. You will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.
Responsibilities
- Managing various coordination activities specific to the account and ensuring timely processing
- Handling ad-hoc coordination tasks to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Updating the applicant tracking system as required and ensuring data accuracy
- Completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed
- Managing day-to-day queries effectively and escalating when necessary
- Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers accurately and on time
- Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers as required
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English language skills; additional languages as required by client
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication skills, including professional telephone manner
- Good planning and organizing abilities

Pay
For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD 48,300 – USD 63,600, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
