About the role
This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations. You will ensure that everything functions as intended, impacting student safety, staff productivity, and parent confidence.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety functions, including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent updates
- Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facilities management, transportation coordination, and office administration
- Assisting with orientation and training for incoming staff to facilitate seamless integration into operational systems
- Administering student technology and campus devices, functioning as the lead on-site technology contact and Google Administrator
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; CA; Bethesda, MD; Santa Barbara, CA; Boston, MA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Pay
