No two days look alike at Bronco Off-Roadeo. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves adventure and thrives on variety. One moment you might be running the mercantile store, the next you're helping with driver registration, operating a shuttle, or supporting a trail drive — with a little general maintenance mixed in between. You'll help every Bronco guest feel welcomed and excited about their experience, and give our Off-Roadeo team the confidence that comes from knowing they can count on your flexibility, range of skills, and can-do attitude. Schedule

Part-time position: 15–20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling, including weekends as needed to support event operations.

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate a shuttle around campus as needed
• Assist the Guest Services Supervisor during guest check-in
• Run the Off-Roadeo mercantile store and help guests with purchases
• Help keep the campus clean and well-maintained
• Support Trail Guides during Off-Road drive experiences
• Assist the Car Prep team by shuttling, refueling, cleaning, and staging Broncos
• Take on other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trail Guide preferred
• Valid driver's license (must be maintained throughout employment)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hospitality-driven, customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness
• Openness to direction and constructive feedback from supervisors
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Positive attitude and professional presence
