Job Description

Responsibilities
- Contact and connect with prospective students who have indicated interest
- Provide an outstanding experience that leads to the enrollment
- Establish relationships and maintain contact with prospective students
- Generate and lead formal referral activity from both internal and external sources
- Leverage relationship management ability to attain individual enrollment goals with prospective students
- Capture, record, and input Admissions and marketing data in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with company policy and procedures as well as state and federal regulations
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management program (CRM) to consistently and effectively manage all admissions activity
- Participate in Onboarding, training, and development efforts
- Assist in supporting Admissions and campus functions such as orientation, career fairs, open houses, scholarship events, referral events, etc.
Requirements
- Education Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Experience 2+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in customer service, call center, sales, admissions, etc. is a plus
- Strong Desire and experience working in a fun team environment

Pay
$45,500. This position is eligible for overtime. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
