About the role

The Sales Outfitter plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by performing various selling and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Demonstrates product knowledge to customers.
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Maintains awareness of advertised sales and signs.
• Aids in seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restocks merchandise as needed.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Fulfills all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions through identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Knowledgeable about product and able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Operates computerized Point of Sale register system.
