We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities (what you'll do), Requirements (what you'll bring), Benefits, Pay, Schedule? The posting includes salary range and benefits description. Also travel requirement is maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule. The instructions: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need sections: About the role (we have "About The Role" paragraph). Responsibilities: "What you’ll do" list. Requirements: "What you’ll bring" list. Benefits: there is a paragraph about total compensation package: equity, medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, etc. Also perks list: uncapped vacation, medical, dental & vision insurance, robust compensation package including equity, learning grant, 401k with match. So we can create Benefits section with those details. Pay: salary range $70,000 - $95,000 USD per year. Schedule: travel requirement: employees not based in Nashville required to travel to Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, additional travel may be required. That's schedule/travel. So we can include Schedule section with that travel requirement. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: mission statement at top? The mission statement is part of description but not a heading; we can keep as prose maybe under About Built? But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "About Built" could be part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include About the role heading. The "About Built" paragraph could be placed under About the role as prose? Or we could include a separate "About Built" but not in list of headings; better to incorporate into About the role section as prose. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove the long EEO statement, privacy policy, greenhouse data disclosure, etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep mission description? It's part of the posting but not under a heading; we can include as a paragraph before the About the role heading? The instruction says output only HTML fragment, no extra markup. We can include a

with the mission description before the headings. That's okay. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep bullet points exactly as given, but we can convert to

  • . Ensure we preserve all details. Let's extract content: Mission/About Built: "Built's Mission: Connect and simplify doing business in real estate. Built is the AI-powered platform transforming the way real estate is financed, developed, and managed. Purpose-built for real estate and construction, Built began by fixing construction draw management for lenders and has grown into a comprehensive operating system addressing some of the industry’s most complex challenges. Today, Built is a partner to more than 350 lenders, over 80,000 borrowers and owners, and thousands of contractors, powering 86,000 active projects valued at more than $300 billion. Learn more at getbuilt.com." Then "About Built" paragraph: "Built is transforming the real estate industry with modern SaaS solutions that help those financing, building, and managing projects work more efficiently. Our platform supports the full construction ecosystem, including Owners, Developers, General Contractors, lenders, subcontractors, and suppliers." Then "About The Role": description. Then "What you’ll do": list of responsibilities (multiple paragraphs). We need to turn each bullet into
  • . The text includes sentences separated by periods; we can treat each sentence as a bullet? Better to keep as list items each starting with a verb. Let's parse: - Own integrated campaign strategy - Translate business strategy, customer needs, and growth goals into a focused campaign roadmap for the business unit. - Identify the highest-value audiences, use cases, buying moments, and growth opportunities. - Build campaign briefs that define the audience, objective, customer insight, message, creative direction, channel plan, offer, and success measures. - Set campaign success measures before launch, including qualified pipeline, engagement, eligible-account adoption, and expansion indicators. - Develop creative campaigns that create and capture demand - Create integrated campaign concepts that make Built’s value proposition compelling to Owners, Developers, and General Contractors. - Develop messaging and content direction that speaks to customer pain points, desired outcomes, and in-market intent. - Unify paid, owned, field, sales, and customer touchpoints into one cohesive campaign motion. - Partner with Creative, Content, Growth, GTM Engineering, Events and ABM, and Communications to bring campaigns to market. - Drive demand, adoption, and commercial results - Partner with Sales leaders to align priority segments, accounts, and campaign goals to the business unit’s pipeline plan. - Work with GTM Engineers to build audiences, activate campaigns, test hypotheses, and optimize performance. - Work with Enablement to ensure Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Implementation teams can carry the campaign story into customer conversations and adoption motions. - Test and improve performance across audience, message, creative, offer, and channel mix. - Use results to improve future campaign strategy and investment. - Bring customer insight into the work - Stay close to the market, target accounts, customer conversations, and competitive landscape. - Turn customer insight, sales feedback, and intent signals into sharper campaign choices and creative ideas. - Partner with Product and central marketing teams to understand upcoming releases and identify the right moments to bring them into market-facing campaigns. We'll create a
with these items; maybe nested? Simpler: just a flat list of each bullet point (the top-level actions). But we need to preserve all detail; we can keep each sentence as separate
    • . That will preserve all info. Now "What you’ll bring": list: - 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign marketing, growth marketing, or related roles. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results. - Strong creative instincts and an ability to turn customer insight into clear campaign ideas, messaging, and content direction. - Comfort using performance data to evaluate campaign results, diagnose what is working, and recommend clear next steps. - Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Growth, and creative teams. - Strong project management skills and the ability to bring multiple contributors together around a clear plan. - Experience in construction, real estate, financial services, or vertical SaaS is a plus. Now "What success looks like": could be considered as part of responsibilities? But we could include as a separate section maybe "Success Metrics"? Not in allowed headings. Could be part of Responsibilities? But we already have responsibilities. The success looks like is more about expectations; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe a separate section "Expectations". Not in list; better to incorporate into Responsibilities as bullet points? But we already have responsibilities list; we could add them as additional
    • under Responsibilities. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could add a section "Expectations" but not in allowed headings; better to add to Responsibilities. But we must not invent sections; we can add a subsection under Responsibilities using
but we already have a list; we can just continue the same list. Thus after the responsibilities list we can add more
      • items for success looks like: - Within the first six months, you will have established a clear campaign roadmap tied to the business unit’s biggest growth opportunities. - Launched integrated campaigns with a consistent story across marketing and customer-facing teams. - Built a repeatable process for using audience intent, customer insight, and performance data to improve campaigns. - Created measurable contributions to pipeline, product adoption, and expansion goals. Now Benefits: we need to list benefits: equity, market-current medical, dental and vision coverage, unlimited PTO policy, other benefits. Also perks: uncapped vacation [US ONLY], medical, dental & vision insurance, robust compensation package including equity in the form of stock options, Learning Grant program to support ongoing professional development, 401k with match and expedited vesting [US ONLY]. We should combine and not duplicate. Let's list: - Equity (stock options) - Market‑current medical, dental, and vision coverage - Unlimited PTO policy - Uncapped vacation (US only) - Learning Grant program for professional development - 401(k) with match and expedited vesting (US only) We could also mention "other benefits" but that's vague; maybe omit as it's not specific. Now Pay: salary range $70,000 - $95,000 USD per year. Schedule: travel requirement: Employees who are not based in the Nashville area are required to travel to our Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, such as Connect Week. Additional travel to Nashville may be required based on your role and business needs. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

        headings and

        for prose,

        • for lists. We must not include markdown code fences. Let's construct:
