What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales and Campaign Creation Specialists to ensure smooth and timely post-sale handoffs.
- Support inbound customer calls related to campaign setup, design edits, and launch readiness, providing clear guidance and timely resolutions.
- Attend customer-scheduled meetings to provide live edit support and address outstanding questions.
- Troubleshoot domain access and other technical or launch-related issues, working with internal teams to remove blockers.
- Manage inbound customer requests related to updates and changes to the initial website build.
- Guide clients through the final steps required to activate their campaigns and confirm launch readiness.
- Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining organization, urgency, and attention to detail.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients experience a smooth and timely onboarding process, with campaigns launching on or ahead of expected timelines.
- Inbound customer calls are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Launch issues and blockers are identified early and resolved quickly through effective coordination with internal teams.
- Clear, consistent communication is maintained with customers, Sales, and Campaign Creation Specialists.
- Multiple accounts are managed effectively without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or responsiveness.
- Campaigns move to activation with minimal rework and strong client confidence.
Performance Measurement
- Performance is measured at the pod level, in partnership with Campaign Creation team members.
- Key performance indicators include Answer Call Rate (ACR) and the reduction of stalled launches within the pod.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Previous customer success or sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach that creates excitement for new clients
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
