Campaign/Capture Director / Business Developer “Rainmaker” – Training Solutions and Systems (TS&S), Orlando, Florida.
Qualifications
- An active DoD Top Secret security clearance
- U.S Citizenship required
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in government contracting (BD/capture/program/operations leadership)
- Proven strength in strategy development and strategy execution (not just planning)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to outcomes
- Strong capability in customer relationship building and senior-level stakeholder engagement
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing internally and externally
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and industry partners as required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S Passport
Thought Leadership & External Visibility
Drive Serco’s thought leadership agenda through white papers, conference engagements, industry panels, and TS&S forums. Shape Serco’s narrative around training modernization, LVC integration, and future readiness.
Enterprise Alignment & Strategic Execution
Guide internal alignment across business units to ensure investments, talent development, and capability growth support long term TS&S strategy. Provide strategic oversight to growth initiatives. Advise senior leadership on strategic risks, opportunities, and competitive posture.
