Camp Program Specialist
Essential Functions
- Proficiently teach the program curriculum and concepts
- Aid in the development of new programs
- Be actively engaged in, and adjust activities to accommodate varying group needs
- Assist in meal procedures
- Cooperate on maintaining the grounds and ensuring facility equipment is used properly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Year of college course work and a minimum 24 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Any applicable certifications, training or licenses needed for specialized program required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
- Previous camp experience or experience working in a related field working with people preferred
- Ability and willingness to work outside in the Texas summer heat

Pay Rate
$15.00-$19.00/hour
Schedule
Part-time position specializing in summer programming, with options to support in the off-season groups.
