Camp Healthcare Manager

About the role

The Healthcare Manager oversees the health and safety standards of the camp through close collaboration with the Camp Director and Director of member Health and Safety. This role is responsible for ensuring comprehensive medical supervision for all staff and campers throughout their stay. The Healthcare Manager manages medication administration, delegates appropriate health‑related tasks, and provides on‑site health management in compliance with GSUSA and ACA health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide health screenings and accept camper medications at camp check‑in.
• Make daily visits to camp during sessions to oversee the health and safety of campers and staff.
• Manage medication administration for all participants.
• Delegate appropriate health‑related tasks to qualified staff.
• Ensure on‑site health management complies with GSUSA and ACA health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive medical supervision for staff and campers for the duration of their stay.
• Collaborate closely with the Camp Director and Director of member Health and Safety.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered PA Registered Nursing License.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Successful completion of background checks.

Pay

$25–$35 per hour.

Schedule

Seasonal/Summer position – July 16 to August 10, 2025.
