Camp Counselor

About the role

Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club, located in Georgetown, TX, is seeking a seasonal, part-time Camp Counselor for the 2026 Summer Junior Camps. The position involves working closely with the Director of Racquet Sports & Fitness to conduct camp instruction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct camp instruction for the 2026 Summer Junior Camps
• Create a safe learning environment for campers
• Foster fun, exciting experiences and memories for campers

Requirements

• Driver’s license required to operate golf cart
• Background check required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly polished interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-starter

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours during the summer season
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Passion for golf and/or youth development

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
