About the role
The role involves leading summer camp activities, supervising children, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily camp activities
- Supervise children aged 8-14
- Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with children
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving skills
