Camp Assistant Coach (Girls Soccer)

Duties/Responsibilities

• On-Field Coaching: assisting with organizing and running training sessions specific to skill level and age, creating a positive atmosphere around soccer within their group, providing information and encouragement of ways to improve (50%)
• Chaperone: walking kids to and from dorm to dining hall, fields, taking attendance, making sure along with Head Coach that the entire group is in the appropriate place at the appropriate time (35%)
• Field Manager: assisting head coach by organizing on field activities, substitutions, setup of events (15%)

Minimum Qualifications

• Multiple years of on-field coaching experience

Pay

Pay Range: $20-$50
