Responsibilities
- Operating equipment identified as Category 1 and Category 2 used by assigned unit
- Performing tasks related to highway and landscape maintenance work
- Working individually or with a crew
- Working overtime, nights and weekends due to storms, emergencies, or special work projects
- Maintaining a valid Class A driver's license with Tank endorsement
Requirements
- A valid California Drivers License (CDL)
- A valid Class A commercial driver’s license, with Tank Vehicle (N) endorsement
- A Drug Screening
- A Background Investigation
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification. These qualifications include possession of a valid California Drivers License (CDL) and a valid Class A commercial driver’s license, with Tank Vehicle (N) endorsement. Applicants must also pass a Drug Screening and Background Investigation.
