Qualifications
- Open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment
- High level of professionalism and customer orientation, with strong verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing a positive customer experience while handling confidential information
- 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales, or financial environment
- Experience in a Call Center environment desirable
- Experience and comfort with computers and the internet highly desirable
Pay and Schedule
Compensation range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr., commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
