Qualifications

• Open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment
• High level of professionalism and customer orientation, with strong verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing a positive customer experience while handling confidential information
• 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales, or financial environment
• Experience in a Call Center environment desirable
• Experience and comfort with computers and the internet highly desirable

Pay and Schedule

Compensation range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr., commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
