About the role
As a Call Center Sales Associate, you will engage with individuals who have already expressed interest in Sirva’s consumer products. Your focus will be on building rapport, understanding needs, and confidently guiding customers to the right solution. You will take and make calls, as well as respond to incoming enquiries via email. Engage with potential customers who have submitted an interest in our products. Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at every touchpoint. Clearly articulate the value of Sirva’s new product offering. Convert enquiries into confirmed customers through effective sales techniques. Manage and track customer interactions accurately within our systems.

Requirements

Benefits

- Position Title: Call Center Sales Associate – Consumer Products
- Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 base salary + sales commission structure
- Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications.
