Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role (not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills
