Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills
