Call Center Representative Wanted

About the role

We’re a local, family-owned home improvement company expanding into a new location and territory with more inbound leads than our team can handle. This is not cold calling—you’ll work with real, high-quality inbound leads from five newly launched sources and a large backlog.

Pay

$25+/hour with hourly plus performance bonuses.

Schedule

Local, flexible schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from homeowners with genuine interest in home improvement services.
• Maintain a strong close/booking rate by confidently converting leads.
• Remain reliable, professional, and performance-driven.

Requirements

• Motivated and able to work on-site in Palm Harbor (no remote option).
• Strong communication skills and ability to convert leads into bookings.
• Interest in joining a fast-growing, family-owned company with a clear path for growth—we promote from within.
