As a Patient Service Representative - Call Center Agent, you will professionally respond to patient inquiries received through phone, text, and other communication platforms. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining demographic information in TrueCare’s Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.), scheduling appointments, answering general questions about services, sending messages to clinical staff, and forwarding calls for further triage.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (in office at Vista location)
- Saturdays on rotation with a weekday off
- Total of 40 hours per week
Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center department/environment in a healthcare setting
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- May be required to travel between TrueCare locations; therefore, a valid California Driver’s License, proof of valid insurance, and a clean driving record are required

Pay
The pay range for this role starts at $23.00 per hour, with a maximum of $32.00 per hour during the lifespan of this role. If hired, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience, with additional consideration for pay equity and internal team member equity.
