Call Center Representative (Fundraising-Charities)
About the role

Responsibilities
- Represent charitable organizations and share an enthusiastic message with their supporters while raising needed funds.
- No 'Cold Calling'—we only reach out to people who have donated financially prior.
- Flexible scripting—infuse your style and personality into your conversations.
- Participate in an excellent training program that meets a variety of different learning styles.
Requirements
- A positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer experience.
- Past customer service, sales, or general call center experience (preferred, but not required).
- The ability to work well with our coaching staff to help you develop in the job.
- The ability to work a consistent schedule and be a reliable team member.

Pay
- FULL-TIME = $18-20 Hourly.
- PART-TIME = $16 Hourly.
Schedule
- Full-Time schedules available including:
- Schedule 1: M-F AM 10AM - 6:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 9AM - 5:30PM.
- Schedule 2: M-F PM 10AM - 6:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 10:30AM - 7PM.
- Schedule 3: T-Sat AM 9AM - 5:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 9AM - 5:30PM.
- Schedule 4: T-Sat PM: 10:30AM - 7PM plus Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM.
- Schedule 5: T-Fri 9am - 7pm 1(0 hour shifts) 3 DAYS OFF!
- Part-time schedules available including:
- Most part-time folks work 6-hour shifts 9am -3pm.
